International College of Arts and the Living Landscape is an innovative relationship between the various agencies, authorities and institutions and the people who own, live and work in the Yorkshire Dales landscape. The body is concerned with conservation, education, learning and change in the landscape of the Yorkshire Dales. The logo shown here is taken from our hand drawn commissioned typeface - IC Display.
The available serifs in the font and the large dotted i are inspired by the Curlew after our discovery that the Yorkshire Dales National Park support nationally important numbers of breeding pairs of the bird.
Although sadly, and we don’t know why, but it seems that the logotype is now totally extinct and has been replaced by the client for a logo more generic logo.
